hi all! Has anyone experience their lock suddenly stop working for their mailbox and have any idea how to fix it? the post office stayed they aren??™t responsible for it, just not sure where to go. Thanks!

Hi neighbor! I have never had this happen yet but I guess you would call the HOA. The phone number is posted on here.

I actually already got it fixed but just in case it happens to someone else, the mailboxes are the homeowners responsibility - the property management company does not fix them. I called Allied and they had to drill the lock out and put a new one in.

Actually the mailboxes are owned by the post office and you need to go to the post office in Claymont to request a replacement lock.  There is a fee and they will replace the lock and provide you with new keys.
