DelDOT will being doing significant work on Naamans outside your development for the next 3-4 weeks (Foulk Road to Rt 95).  Here is the information from the project manager:

"Expect lane closures for the next few weeks while milling and paving is in progress and we will be setting up a detour at 95 at some point in the near future, but we will be placing message boards beforehand to notify the public.  There is still some intersection signalization work that needs to be completed so there will be some lane closures involved with that work as well.  Hope this helps and if you need more information please let me know."

Much of the work has a weather component and thus an exact schedule is difficult to get. When they did the section from 202 to Foulk, there was always access to the road, just delays. They typically do one lane at a time and there should be flaggers to help people exit neighborhoods onto Naamans where needed.
