Why is it that, in spite of having nice tree lined sidewalks, everyone in this neighborhood walks in the streets?  Especially at night when visibility is poor?  I come home at night sometimes to find adults walking in the street (along the curb), some even pushing strollers.  Folks, we have sidewalks in our neighborhood.  How about using them and get out of the street!

WHY IS IT THAT DRIVERS ARE DOING 40 MPH IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD.  SOMETIMES I AM CROSSING THE STREET WITH MY DOG, AND PEOPLE ARE SPEEDING THROUGH.  SLOW DOWN!!
