Has anyone else noticed the increasing flouting of HOA rules?
I contacted the property management company but their "reminders" have gone unheeded. A few examples: trash bins that are never removed from the sidewalk; clutter, e.g., deflated pools, towels left in back of house, open trash bags left out - and this is just one block.
I bought here expecting pride of ownership and that is not the reality.
