There have been past topics on the board about recommended handymen for maintenance issues. I tried calling one of the people listed on the discussion thread recently and never heard back. Can we compile an UPDATED list of recommended contractors (tile, roofing, etc), handymen, etc who have worked before in the Ballymeade community?

I used Golly and Golly for patching up dry wall and they did a great job. They are prompt, polite and do very nice work. BC Consulting uses them for work around Ballymeade.
